Our apartments are intended for couples and family holidays. Single sex couples are most welcome to stay but we do not accept single sex group bookings such as Stag or Hen Parties.
Bookings by groups where all persons staying under 21 years of age are not accepted. We may apply discretion in certain circumstances and if you are unsure if your party falls into this category then please give us a call on 01983 210290 to check. We reserve the right to retain the keys for accommodation if this condition is contravened.
We also reserve the right to refuse or terminate any booking where we feel that the comfort of our guests may be put at risk by any persons staying in BayVue Apartment or Apartment 7.
We want our guests to enjoy their stay with us and ask that they respect the other guests and apartment owners. If unable to do so you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Any breakages must be reported. Large breakages will need to be paid for and you will be billed accordingly.
No extra guests are permitted to stay in the apartment only those registered at the time of booking. You will be charged £50 per person for any extra guests staying without permission. You may also be asked to leave the apartment and no refund will be given.
Each apartment has one allocated parking space. (Maximum vehicle height 2 metres). There is also free on street parking if needed.
There is an Electric Charging point available for use by guests. You will need the Project EV Pro app. Charging is at an additional cost and is paid directly via the app. You must provide your own charging cables and vacate the charging station when your vehicle is not on charge. We cannot guarantee use of the charging station as there may be circumstances beyond our control.
Each apartment has it’s own key safe. You will be given the key safe code for your arrival and keys must be returned to the key safe on your departure. There is a £25 fee charged for any lost keys.
Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. Late check outs are not available as our cleaners have a quick turn around in order to be ready for our next guests.
Your apartment will be cleaned for you on arrival. Any extra cleans during your stay can be organised at an additional cost. Please call us on 01983 210290 to arrange.
