Booking, Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- All bookings require a 30% deposit to secure the dates requested and payment must be made at time of booking.
- Provisional bookings may be held for a maximum of 7 days.
- If your booking is made within 30 days of your arrival date then payment must be made in full.
- Bookings are to be paid in full 30 days before date of arrival. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival then you will be refunded in full.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days and at least 14 days before arrival then you will be refunded 70% of the total cost. The 30% deposit will be non-refundable.
- Cancellations with 14 days or less will receive no refund.
- A damage deposit charge of £100 is made per booking and is refunded back to you following your departure subject to there being no damage. The damage deposit must be paid with your final balance payment.
- Failure to make payment will result in the booking and any ferry travel being cancelled.
