This apartment is accessed directly from the car park at the rear via the ramp to a set of double doors. The apartment is on the first floor so please use the steps inside the entrance to access it.
Apartment 7 will comfortably sleep up to 8 people and is perfect for a family.
On entering the apartment, you will find a large open plan living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with the latest appliances including a full-size dishwasher, washer dryer and also a wine cooler. Furnished with a dining table with seating for up to 8 people, a 3-seater sofa bed, 2-seater sofa, coffee table and large screen Sky Glass TV. Double patio doors lead you outside to the balcony, where you can enjoy alfresco dining with stunning sea views.
Further down the corridor you will find two bedrooms. The first is a double room with a small built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and large built-in wardrobe.
The family bathroom can be found at the end of the corridor.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has a double bed, large screen TV, chest of drawers, dressing table, hairdryer and small built-in wardrobe. Windows to the side offer sea views over Shanklin beach.
There is a further surprise in store upstairs as you will find a large private roof terrace which can be accessed via the double patio doors leading from the master bedroom. It is furnished with outside seating for 8 people and has a rise and fall table. There are also sea views over Shanklin beach.
Linen is provided and additional cleaning is available on a Monday and Friday at an additional cost. This needs to be booked in advance.
Off street private parking is available at the rear of the apartments. There is one allocated undercover parking space for Apartment 7. (Maximum vehicle height is 2 metres)
