This apartment is accessed by a single door towards the front of the apartments via 6 steps. There is a lift to the second floor entrance or it can be accessed via the stairs opposite the lift.
BayVue Apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people, with stunning sea views from each room.
On entering the apartment you will find the kitchen and dining area to your left. Here you will be met by the spectacular un-obstructed far-reaching views of Shanklin beach and beyond.
Furnished with a dining table with seating for up to 6 people, three sofas with a footstool and coffee table, all overlooking the beach. Outside is a wraparound balcony with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the views while drinking a cup of tea or sipping a cold beer or glass of wine.
The kitchen is fully fitted with the latest appliances including a full-size dishwasher and washer dryer.
Proceed back along the corridor to a comfy lounge. Here you will find a large screen Sky Glass TV. You also have access via a patio door to the wraparound balcony area with continuing sea views and more outside seating. At the end of the corridor is the family bathroom.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a king size bed, large screen TV, dressing table, hairdryer and built-in wardrobes. The floor to ceiling apex window gives you sensational sea views over Shanklin beach as well as Sandown and Culver Down.
The second bedroom upstairs has a double bed with en-suite shower room and again a floor to ceiling apex window with more amazing sea views. A built-in wardrobe can be found just outside the doorway on the landing.
All linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. Please bring your own towels for the beach.
Off street private parking is available at the rear of the apartments. There is one allocated undercover parking space for BayVue Apartment. (Maximum vehicle height is 2 metres)
